Blue Hills School District
The Blue Hills Regional Technical School District is an equal opportunity educational institution. Blue Hills Regional Technical School is a four-year public high school. The Blue Hills Regional School District was formed on December 17, 1963, to serve the needs of member towns’ residents. The District includes Avon, Braintree, Canton,Dedham, Holbrook, Milton, Norwood, Randolph and Westwood. The District School Committee was authorized by the Towns to establish and maintain educational programs at the secondary, post-secondary and adult levels in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 74 of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In addition to grades 9 through 12, Blue Hills has a post-graduate Practical Nursing program, Adult Basic Education, Continuing Education, and ESOL/GED programs. It is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges and the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.

There are exciting customized training opportunities and educational programs available for adult learners through the Continuing Education program at Blue Hills Regional Technical School, 800 Randolph St., Canton.
Blue Hills Regional Technical School is a comprehensive, publicly-funded vocational-technical high school with the following state-of-the-art technical programs/labs available: Auto Collision Repair & Refinishing, Automotive Technology, Computer Information Systems, Construction Technology, Cosmetology, Culinary Arts, Design & Visual Communications, Drafting / CAD, Early Education & Care, Electrical Technology, Electronics, Engineering Technology, Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Graphic Communications, Health Assisting, Metal Fabrication and Joining Technologies, and Practical Nursing.
We hope to expand and enhance the course offerings to make innovative and creative opportunities available for adult learners who want to retrain or improve their technical and/or vocational skills.
The Continuing Education program’s partnerships with public and private institutions have included: Commonwealth Corp./Dept. of Youth Services, Dedham Youth Commission, Gould Construction Institute, Judge Rotenberg Center, Westwood High School, and Preferred Medical Partners.
A single course or an entire program can be designed to meet your specific needs.
